These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Revival Brand Co. services and website (revivalbrandco.com). By placing an order or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Services

Revival Brand Co. provides custom printing, signage, branding, and promotional product services for businesses. All products are made to order. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of quote approval.

SMS Communications

SMS Communications

Enrollment in Revival Brand Co. SMS communications is optional. You enroll only by actively checking the separate SMS consent checkbox on our quote form or by initiating an SMS conversation with Revival Brand Co. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Messages may include quote acknowledgements and follow-ups, design-proof notifications, order and installation updates, delivery information, appointment coordination, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message, after which no additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, call or text (385) 244-4602, or email orders@revivalbrandco.com.

Orders and Payment

All orders require approval of artwork proof before production. Payment is due at time of order unless otherwise agreed. Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees.

Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product contains a production error on our part. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Revival Brand Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the amount paid for the specific order.
