These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Revival Brand Co. services and website (revivalbrandco.com). By placing an order or contacting us, you agree to these terms.
Services
Revival Brand Co. provides custom printing, signage, branding, and promotional product services for businesses. All products are made to order. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of quote approval.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and requesting a quote or placing an order, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Revival Brand Co. at the number provided. These messages may include order updates, quote follow-ups, and service-related communications.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. For assistance, reply HELP or email orders@revivalbrandco.com.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order and account activity.
Orders and Payment
All orders require approval of artwork proof before production. Payment is due at time of order unless otherwise agreed. Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees.
Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product contains a production error on our part. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Revival Brand Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the amount paid for the specific order.
